These traineeships meet the Nationally Recognised Training standards. And are listed on the Australian Government’s National Register for Vocational Education and Training (VET).
A traineeship is a fantastic way to kickstart your career while getting real-world experience. It allows you to work and study at the same time and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Traineeships are government-subsidised, meaning the cost of training is reduced or in some cases fully funded, making it more affordable for both you and your employer. This means you can gain valuable skills without the burden of high tuition fees. Employers also benefit from incentives, which makes hiring trainees an attractive option for businesses.
By completing a traineeship, you not only build industry-specific knowledge but also improve your job prospects by gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment.
